Agreement to Terms
By using our tree service website and requesting our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services or website.
Services
Yucaipa Tree Services provides professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency services, and related tree care. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine the work is unsafe or violates local regulations.
Estimates and Quotes
All estimates provided are based on information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if conditions change or additional work is discovered. We will notify you of any price changes before proceeding with additional work. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For large projects, we may require a deposit before starting work. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Property Access and Damage
You agree to provide clear access to the work area and notify us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hazards. While we take every precaution to protect your property, you acknowledge that tree work involves some risk. We carry full insurance and will address any damage caused by our work promptly.
Permits and Regulations
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required by local authorities. We can advise you on permit requirements, but obtaining permits is the property owner's responsibility unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We may need to reschedule due to weather or equipment issues and will notify you as soon as possible.
Liability and Warranties
We guarantee our workmanship and will address any issues related to our services. However, we cannot guarantee the health or survival of trees after trimming or treatment, as many factors beyond our control affect tree health. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services.
Emergency Services
Emergency tree services are available 24/7 and may be subject to additional fees based on timing and urgency. Emergency work may begin before a written agreement is signed when immediate action is needed to protect life or property.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
